Poor Management

The staff at the airport is very very irresponsible. We have travelled to many countries, and the he staff everywhere is very welcoming. They greet on every occasion, however, in Mumbai when I asked for a trolley, I was made keep going from one belt to another, when I told the staff to be kind and nice to at least older people and foreigners, they told me to go and complaint. This is one of the major reasons why people don’t feel welcomed here. It’s very unfortunate, and I know this complaint won’t make any difference.
