AC is not in full working condition and I’m sweating when driver is busy talking on the phone while driving in traffic and not adjusting the ac temperature even when I asked twice. Said promptly ‘it is cooling already’
Basically he is comfortable and that’s what he cares about. Prepaid is a scam or what? Or you don’t train your drivers with basic etiquettes?
Anyway I paid extra for ac car and then this is what I get. Pathetic. Never taking prepaid taxi again. And I’m not even complaining about the car condition because I know how it is and as long as ac is working one can manage with the poor car condition but this was another level and it’s not the first time. It has happened to me a couple of times in the past and this time I give up. Desperately searched for a portal online to register a complaint but I know it’s of no use.

- I reached 40 minutes before departure still they did not allow me to go for boarding saying boarding gate is closed and I did not have boarding pass they did not give me boarding pass I told them that I have hand baggage only and i am with my son they refused me to give boarding pass and suggested to take a next flight , I told them I have another transport to take from Delhi which is already scheduled on given time getting late will lead to loss of money and time still they did not listen to me and forced me take another flight one hour later..and I had to pay extra 6000 for the same ,, I am a regular indigo flyer, travels 3 to 4 times every month for work purpose but I am facing a bad experience and non co operation from indigo.
- Buggy driver misled me and refused me to drop at my boarding area
