Porter did not take wheelchair pax to Loyalty Lounge

I am 77 year old senior citizen pax traveling on GF 065 alone to Bahrain. i was on wheelchair and have access to lounges worldwide , i was told by my porter that Loyalty Lounge was under renovation and had to wait at the departure gate for 90 min. I was denied the right to refresh and relax at the lounge. Will this matter be looked into urgently and the porter be warned of the consequences.
