Having booked a non-ac taxi at T2 with the destination 331 Dr. Ambedkar Rd., Bandra West (that is also a well-known hotel), I enquired at the counter if the taxi driver would be able to, in fact, find the address and hotel, since my mobile was out of battery, and I myself would not be able to lead the way. At the counter, they assured me the driver would correctly locate the address. An empty promise. The driver was unaware of the place, and only after insistence was he able to ask someone for the way to the hotel. When we finally arrived, he demanded a huge tip, and then, when I didn’t give him the amount, he insulted me and spat near my shoes.

I urge the Pre-paid taxi service to take action and improve the driving qualities and etiquette of the drivers they employ.
