Prepaid ac taxi driver rude, did not turn on a/c

We booked a prepaid ac taxi on April 16. The taxi driver was very rude from the beginning of the trip. I was traveling with my senior citizen parents and 2 very small kids. The driver made us keep our luggage inside the car instead of the carrier. In the middle of the trip, his car was suddenly turning off because of the AC. He made us get down from the car and pushed the car. Told us if we’re not happy we should book another car. We still continued our trip but he never turned the AC on. This is with temperatures at 40 deg and 2 kids and 2 senior citizens. What a shameful act by Mumbai taxi. Never booking with you’ll again.
