I took a prepaid a/c taxi from Term2 to Kolshet Thane West on March 12, 2026:
A) the dispatcher could not find Lodha Amara (huge huge society) in her system and deferred direction the the driver
B) the driver said he knew place although took a lot of twists and turns to reach the destination (no google maps !)
C) the cab was such poor quality. It was a tin-box on wheels with bench seats and a/c. Seat belts were not functional nor were the shocks
D) it costed us almost the same as Uber- we took it for safety purposes. But if prepaid fleet consists is rejected vehicles , I will think twice hopping into one
