Hi
ola drivers and private taxi agencies are running nexus , to over charge customers by last minute cancellation of booked taxi once customers arrived in parking lot , leaving no option to book private taxi which charges way higher than regular charge and taking disadvantage of the passenger situation.
This should be taken care and meter taxis should be available from airport.
Hope someone will look I to it and try to nap the culprit and workout on this matter.
I my self paid 1k from Mumbai airport to dadar on 19 Jan as booked ola from ola desk at terminal 2 was cancelled and left me meddle of the parking area at P4 with baggage and pressure to catch the connecting train , private taxi driver approached and was asking 3 time than booked ola cab after bit bargain charged 1k for 30 min ride from airport to dadar station for really old unclean vehicle ride. Which I took as there was no other options.
