Dear Sir/Madam,
AVISERV (MUMBAI)

I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy in parking charges at T2 airport. On January 18, 2025, I visited the airport and utilized your valet service for parking my car (MH43BM7799). I paid Rs. 300 as parking charges to the cabin personnel and received assistance in retrieving my vehicle.

However, I was surprised to find that an additional Rs. 400 was deducted from my FastTag account (screenshot attached for reference). Upon my recent visit to T2 terminal on May 1, I informed the parking personnel about the double charge. They provided me with two WhatsApp numbers (7777042852 and 7777042854) to escalate the issue.

I sent the screenshot to both numbers on May 1, but on May 2, I received a call stating that they couldn’t assist me. I kindly request that you refund the excess amount of Rs. 400 deducted from my account.
