Dear sir/madam 2day on 27th oct i was having a flight from mumbai to dubai at 16.25 i was traveling on an employment visa but when i reached the counter i had got to knw due to ecr in my passport i need to have a POE so the thing started from there i was confused coz as it was not know 2 me b4 i asked for the vistara staff an ofcourse they healped wth me wth my query and finally i decided tht i dont have an option but 2 take a exit from the airport. I asked 1 of the staff 2 help me exit and they have sent a lady staff which i had some interaction b4 at the checkin counter she started behaving as if she ia some princess an looked and behaved and spoken to me tht i am a labour at the exit gate i requested her to lemme speak if the immigration officer as ever1 could have had last chance she was really bad in her behavior i told her plz do not behave but she as usual misbehaved again i told her i will launch a complaint but as i think she is the daughter of aviation minister or vistara owner had same attitude really pissed up when we have our hard owned money spent on some reputed airline and get a service like a rickshaw wala. I request u 2 please look into the matter as i dnt have here name but cant forget her face plz take some action. Humble request 🙏🏻
