received a damaged bag after deboarding

sir i Sahil Yadav traveled via SG-157 Delhi to Bombay flight on 8 jun 2023 and checked in the luggage with a safari red color bag but on arrival after receiving the bag it was completely damaged and i instantly informed the spice jet employees and also put an email on custrelations@spicejet.com whom they replied to provide with 1000 rs compensation but sir my damage is worth more than 1000 and i again wrote them to provide me either improved offer or secondary option to provide bag they had not replied to it yet.
sir the bag is completely damaged it is of no use now.
kindly provide a better solution to the problem.
an average trolley bag costs 5000-8000 in India .
