Refund and payment failure

I have paid 200 rupees to a coffee shop outside gate 26 (Saptagiri restaurant), T1 and the money is shown as debited from my account but it’s showing as failed in theirs and their attitude towards the issue was such that I cheated on them & made me pay extra 200 also. I still haven’t received my refund from the bank & it’s still debited. I want a refund from the restaurant and they also told that it’s a repeated thing, then they should have at least warned customers beforehand rather than waiting for the customers to lose their money.
