My mother travelling today asked for a wheelchair since you know the long distance you need to travel in Mumbai airport from here to there she’s a heart patient she’s 64 years old she was denied and told to have arranged before when they very well know not every app you book from shows you wheelchair services
This is a bit cruel atleast for a senior citizen
No other airlines did this before so I’m very disappointed .passenger will be travelling today in flighz no UK561 from BOM to JAI at 11:45
Refused a wheelchair when the traveller is 63 years old female
