Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally report a theft that occurred during my recent flight with Indi Go, Flight 6E-1455 from Mumbai to Dubai on [20.11.2025].
Upon arriving at my destination and retrieving my checked baggage from the baggage claim area at Dubai International Airport, I noticed that a sum of USD 2000 in cash was missing from my luggage. The theft appears to have occurred while the luggage was in transit.
Below are the details of the flight and baggage:

I have already reported the matter to the relevant authorities at Dubai International Airport, and I will also be filing a report with the local police in Dubai & Mumbai. However, I believe it is crucial that Indi Go Airlines investigates this matter as well, as the theft may have occurred during the handling of my baggage at the Mumbai airport since the flight was delayed for 30 mins or so
I kindly request that you conduct a thorough investigation into this incident, including reviewing any available CCTV footage from the baggage handling area. Additionally, I would appreciate your assistance in keeping me updated on the progress of your investigation.
