We faced very harsh ,rude and arrogant behavior of Officers and Staff on Kenya Airways desk.They were torturing ladies and Old lady with their anger,harsh language and arrogant attitude.
Travellers have good image of Mumbai Airport,this type of attitude takes back our hospitality and humbleness.
