Rude Behaviour by Counter Staff

Rude Behaviour by the staff. My excess baggage charge was 3890 I gave them 4000.They didn’t even have 150rs.Change they asked me to roam and go and ask each shop for change. My friend went and asked each shop but all the shops refused. Somehow she managed to get 100 rs. Change of 500 rs. Now not even 50 they had. I asked the counter lady who I think was the manager to keep the change I was so done with her. Now when Im paying 3900 I’ll need receipt of 3900 she is giving me receipt of 3850. All she could say is get me change get me change. I ahf literally lift a 100rs. Note and ask the passengers for 50 rs. I have never done something like this. It’s an airport or a fish market. I’m paying so much amount for this nasty behaviour. Low class would be an understatement for this kind of service.
This incident took place on Aug 26 9:22pm. Culprit is spice Jet’s ill-mannered manager.
