Hello,
While travelling from BOM to SGN, A Ground staff named as Nilesh Pandey, rudely behaved with me about my luggage,
I have purchased 20 kgs extra luggage on Tuesday and +20kgs before the flight, I have the mail and PDF of It,
But the ground staff called me a liar and abused me, he was being so rude, and he was shouting at me.
I request you to please take further actions on him,

- Porter did not take wheelchair pax to Loyalty Lounge
- i lost my purse in the bathroom at terminal 2 while heading towards gate no 45 d 2..
