Rude immigration officer

We were taken to the priority counter for immigration as my mother required wheelchair assistance due to a recent foot fracture. When I proceeded to the counter the officer, very rudely, asked who I was with. I understand he has the right to ask and know which passenger I was accompanying, however his tone of speaking was incredibly disrespectful. It is possible to be stern and adhere to the rules while being polite. I’ve seen multiple posts online too complaining about the behaviour of certain officers at Mumbai airport immigration. Kindly train your officers in common decency.
