Hi all. I was travelling with my parents out of Mumbai airport terminal 2 on the morning of Sunday 17th November. We had just dropped our bags off and were going through security. My father was travelling business class, and my mother and I were travelling in economy.
Just after the bag drop, a member of staff told us that we wouldn’t have to split up, and could all go through the business class security, which was extremely kind. However, when we got there, we were told that we would have to split up. The woman at the business class security check in (checking boarding passes) was extremely rude. She told us we had to split up, gave us no explanation, and wouldn’t listen when we told her that her college told us differently. She was extremely curt, and wouldn’t let us speak when we tried to explain the situation.
This was highly distressing.
We tried to go through the business security gate at 01:55am on the morning of Sunday the 17th for reference, hopefully this allows you to track down the member of staff.
