Rude staff

I had a flight to Chennai and I put my handbag and personal items for screening. Then I stood in the queue to be checked. The lady was extremely rude and had no manners at all. Firstly, she didn’t not speak and expected me to understand what she wants. Secondly the way she checked me and treated me was very rude. I am an Indian and I couldn’t tolerate her behaviour, I just thought about people from other countries who arrive and have to deal with staff like her. Majoriy of the staff at Mumbai airport are extremely sweet, but it is sad to come across staff like her which makes the whole experience unpleasant. This was on 8/01/2024, domestic airport. The time was around 3:15-3:30, she was speaking specs.
