Dear sir/madam,
I travelled through BA198 on 24th of august &12:55. While security check, lots of my stuff taken away without explanation and didn’t give proper answer to retrieve them or didn’t give any option to give them back to my relatives. I would say super RUDE and completely Unhelpful. The stuff belongs to me and I must get an alternative option to get them back.
