My experience about the Security Guard has been very bad as and I go to the Mumbai International Airport for air travel. Recently, we had a travel for tour to Thailand, Singapore in Dec.,2023, from Mumbai. While approaching with heavy luggage of 25 kg X 2 on the trolley, to the GATE no.1, the Security guard standing at que of the entrance of GATE no.1 sent me the Gate no.3, saying that it is not crowded, while going to the Gate no.3, it is said to go to the Gate no. 6, which is quite empty. Each time they had no mercy directing me to the other gates. Their tones were very impolite, as if they are doing a favour on me or they are owner of the airport.
While showing the identity proof to the Security Guard at entrance, taking an abnormal time or checking as if they are illiterate. Even they look at the faces of girl like ..
When I reached at Singapore Airport, I found that automated machines has been installed at Entrance, Immigration Centre etc., which is taking no time in confirmation. The authorities in-charge of Mumbai airport should set right their mechanism.
