There seems to be something very dodgy with this airline indigo. I booked a flight from Delhi to Birmingham with IndiGo as my first flight to Mumbai. My flight was delayed and a member of staff further delayed us so I ended up missing my flight. We were given a hotel to stay overnight and my flight was rebooked. BUT there were others who could have easily made their connecting flight and they were delayed too. This is pattern o see in online comments.
My second compliant is with your security staff. As we waited in the checking in area for indigo to rearrange, my elderly mother went to use the restroom. The security guards would not let her through and demanded she go in another direction. Firstly this guard did not speak English or hindu. Secondly he did not help her back.
