Self check in counter not working at T2 airport for indigo flight and it was not even put tag that it is not working we wasted 15 minutes than we asked staff of indigo and no one was there to let people know that counter not working

Hello, were travelling from Mumbai T2 airport to mopa Goa by indigo flight and self check in counter were not working and there was no one to tell passengers about it . After wasting 15 minutes we asked indigo staff than they told it’s not working. Atleast keep tag that counter is not working or appoint staff there to help people. Plus digi Yatra is only for entry at airport for security check its not there so what’s point of digi Yatra also?
