Me and my family have recently had nightmare due to new rules of immigration slef transfer and security fro a less than 2 hour transfer to goa
My partner missed his flight previously
Me and my mom had to shout cry and beg to run to our gate and almost missed flight.
Even the staff seemed so stressed directing people to the gates a full havoc me and all my family faced on different dates.
Please think of this rule is it feasible and logical ad to me its ignorant of aiport authorities knowing that 2 hours is extremely less for transfer itself chose to do immigration baggage collection check in and security and a 20 mins run to the gates is absolutely ridiculous. We had some foreign travellers who were almost having panic attack have been cursing the authorities saying its the worst illogical and stupid decision to stress passengers and yiur own staff . Shame to India, this was one of thr best airports once a time. Rethink ,having a meeting and chose management that will take logical decisions moving forward.
