Dear sir/mam,
I informing to you that I was at Mumbai CSTM-2 on 8th November 2022 i was travel from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi International Airport by Go first airline ..
I was looking forward to buy a SIM card so there was one shop in duty free zone and when I asked to that man he given a SIM card and asked me to pay 1300 rupees and he told me I must turn off & on the phone once I will reach in Abu Dhabi airport..
So I paid that amount & I asked him to provide bill for this but he said to me to share my email I’d and they will send that bill to me through email within few hours so I just agreed with them and I left that area immediately because my flight takeoff time was 20:35 and I had only 20 minutes left ..
But when I reached here in Abu Dhabi I noticed that they provided me a UK SIM card ( +44 7452347080)which is really hurt me and I felt alone out of my country I was no way to call someone else because I had nothing in my pocket to exchange money & buy a local SIM card to contact my driver & other people..
Here I request you that kindly help me to give my money back & take legal action against them who sitting there and selling fraud things to us.. it’s completely cheating with public ..
