As a couple we had 4 pieces of baggage and approached the Prepaid Taxi service counter. We were told that our baggage would not fit in one Taxi and we could not choose a bigger taxi. We were told to take two taxis to accommodate our baggage. The taxis are very small and baggage compartment are even smaller due to their gas cylinders bring placed there. On rainy days baggage is being placed on top of the taxi and NO PLASTIC COVER or protection is provided. We are paying for taxi service and not for our baggage to be exposed to the rain. Authorities should ensure that the taxi is spacious enough to accommodate the passengers baggage / luggage and it is safe and protected.
