I used the CSMA for international and domestic travel and have noticd a sharp deterioration in the upkeep of men’s urinals. They stink. The cleaners just mop the urine spilt out of the urinals without using water or a disinfectant. The result is that spilt urine is sperad on teh whoel follor and allwed to dry. Also the urine that accumulates at the edges between the wall on which the urinals are fixed and the floor and generates a putrid public urinal pungent smell. It now smells like a typical Indian airport toilet of the past. PLease teach proper cleaning technique to the claeners using the ruight products.
Also, the autiomatic taps and soap dispendsers need updating.
