Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I travelled to Dubai via Spicejet (SG 13) on 04/09/2022. Two of my suitcases were locked and when I received my bags in Dubai, the locks were broken. Several other passengers around the luggage belt in Dubai who were receiving their luggage from the same flight complained of the same. Fortunately none of my things were missing but someone had clearly gone through my bags looking for something valuable to take. This is absolutely unacceptable and please check the issue and make sure that it does not happen to anyone else. Thank you.
