I am writing to formally complain about the misbehavior I experienced from one of your cashiers during my visit to your store on 29.07.2025. @18:35 to 18:40

I had already made the payment for my purchase, and while I was waiting for the billing to be done, the cashier was engaged in an argument with her colleague. I waited patiently, but instead of completing my billing, she went ahead and processed bills for other passengers who came after me.
When I politely reminded her about my pending bill, she got angry and started shouting at me, saying, “Kisne bola tha payment karne ke liye?” She then returned my cash in a rude manner and said she would not do my billing at all.
This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a customer, I do not expect to be treated in such a manner, especially after making payment and waiting patiently.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate action against the staff member involved. Such incidents not only affect customer trust but also damage the reputation of your brand.
