STAFF THREATENING TO BEAT SENIOR CITIZEN

i was flying from mumbai airport with my father on 7th november , my father was ahead of myself in the queue , and once the airport staff entry checker verified his documents , my father was taking bit of time to move ahead considering his age , he is 70 years old . the checker officer told him sternly move quickly , to which my father also replied ” you are seeing right i am keeping my documents in bag ” and moved ahead . then i see other staff approaching the checker desk and asked him what happened ? and said that if he was in his place he would have BEATEN my father ./ customer / SENIOR CITIZEN for back answering . it was shocking for myself to hear this being said about my own father who is citizen , tax payer now retired law abiding person . old people are not so quick but it is SHOCKING that airport staff is not even capable/ trained to handle old customer . i hv complaint about the other staff who was wanting to beat my father not about checker . this is extremly dangerous and shows veyr poor impression of airport staff and lives of people is in danger if such illmanered and tempered staff is working and engaging with travellers
