“To Whom It May Concern,
I’m writing to bring to your attention a frustrating issue in the boarding waiting room at Mumbai Airport . Despite the ample space, some passengers are reserving seats with their bags or personal belongings, preventing others from sitting.
This not only causes inconvenience but also creates a poor experience for fellow travelers. I kindly request that measures be taken to ensure seats are available for passengers to sit and wait comfortably.
Possible solutions could include:
– Clear signage reminding passengers to keep seats free
– Airport staff monitoring the area
– Encouraging passengers to be considerate
I hope you take this feedback seriously and take action to improve the waiting experience for all passengers.
