I travelled on Indigo flight 6318 from Delhi to Mumbai on 1st Jan 2025. I sent my suitcase thru Self Check-in at Delhi 1D (Terminal-1) and received baggage at T2, Mumbai. I picked up my Bag from belt and just exit without checking it. When I was travelling to my place, I found my suitcase damaged. I am 100% sure that it was damaged by mishandling of staff either at Delhi airport or Mumbai airport. I am sure if you can identify the cause of damage. You must have all footage from sending my suitcase to deliver till receiving belt.
