Sir/madam,
Tonight I am waiting at the T2 arrival area.
The place is poorly lit.. should be much much brighter.
Is very very noisy.. not because of the people gathered , buy because of the decorative water fountains.
In my opinion, if these two issues are sorted,, the place would become a much calmer place to wait.
