- Text of Complaint by Everybody using the parking lot
Disgustingly poor management of the parking lot. VIP parking (P6 to P9 exacting a higher charge), especially P6, has been given to Uber for pick ups.
Reduced area for parking, and 0 brains behind allowing long term parking on P6 still. All the parking slots are full of cars just sitting there, while lines are being made for pick up in random places. If thisnis the state, and we can’t leave our cars because of no designated parking, then what is the money being charged for – I have to remain in the driver’s seat because I have a conscience and refuse to be an inconvenience to other people? Utter nonsense, completely unacceptable. Needs urgent attention, an immediate solution would be to move all those parking for more than 1 hour to higher floors at the very least. There is only one floor available for accessibility. Shame on any human brains involved in this switch up. Feels like AAHL went to the zoo and asked the monkeys to manage the parking. Just insulting to everyone using this space, except those who just don’t mind being an inconvenience to everyone around.
