Terrible monopoly of collecting money

I had recently gone to the airport to receive my cousin in terminal 2. Earlier I used to drive down the bridge towards airport parking. I don’t go inside the parking since I have to pay just for receiving. Hence, my cousin usually comes down from p5 exit outside and I used to drive from under the bridge. This time the route under the bridge turned into 1-way forcing me to enter the parking to leave the airport and pay the parking fees even though I didn’t use the parking. This is absolutely stupid and terrible way of collecting money worse than begging. I would request whoever reading this message to redirect it to the concerned party. If the 1-way is temporary, then I would like to know when will things go back to normal and I can exit without entering the parking.
