The barcode on the air tickets of Indigo Airlines did not scan and so many passengers were been sent back to the counter for stamps. It was unprofessional and inconvenience to the passengers. Also the staff dont even greet or smile. Kindly look in this inconvenient behaviour as we pay the ticket fees and need better service.
