Theft Gold Neckless and chain

Hello Authority,
My Gold was stolen from the hand bag. The articles were missed today @ Mumbai airport. A Neckless and small chain was in the pouch. This articles were in the shoulder bag inside the pouch. we can see that the small cloth pouch and jewel round box plastic is available but the gold is missing.
Came to know the articles are not their once reached home.
Only for passport checks and immigration process the was opened.
