Dear Sir,
This is with reference to very horrifying incident that happened to me today i.e. 29 Sep 2023 at 11:30 am approx. when i was travelling from Terminal 2 Mumbai. CISF Personnel (Mr. Sandeep Singh)who was deployed for luggage Security check misbehaved when i requested to please check my bag which was not getting attended. I requested him in very polite manner to help me over there. I will exactly present down entire conversation in Hindi language.
ME : Sir, please aap mere Bag dekh lo.
CISF Personnel : Ruk jaa re tu,abhi khada hi reh tu.
ME : Sir aap aise kyun baat kar rahe ho, aap aise baat nahin kar sakte ho.
CISF : Main aise hi baat karta hun, aure aise hi baat karunga, kya kar lega tu?
ME : Sir aap aise baat nahin kar sakte ho, Main aapke Senior se baat karunga.
CISF : Tere ko jisse baat karna hai tu kar le main kya darta hun kya kisise. Mere koi kuch nahin Ukhaad sakta hai.
ME : Sir aap itna aggressive kyun ho rahe ho, main aapse bas request kiya tha.Main aapki compliant karunga.
CISF : Zyada bolega toh haddi tod dunga teri, abhi bataun kya ki main kaun hun.
ME : Sir aap tod do meri haddi.
CISF : Chup ho jaa warna teri haddi abhi todunga. Then abusive Words and he kept abusing me.
Then he also threatened to beat me up if I would not keep quiet.
After this I spoke to His Senior Mr. S C Meena and Mr. Ram Chandra – Inspector. They had assured me that strict punishment will be taken against him. As an evidence passenger by name Mr. Mohammad who was travelling to Dubai and standing over there also gave his consent on the entire conversation and how CISF Personnel (Mr. Sandeep Singh) was threatening me. I am scared if this was not airport then that person would have surely harmed me physically.
As a citizen of this great Country I have great respect for Armed and Paramilitary’s forces but this kind of behavior is not acceptable in any place.
I am writing this mail with great belief that strict action will be taken against Mr. Sandeep Singh so that he is not encouraged to behave in this manner with any other passenger and especially this being International Airport it really is not good for the image of our country as well.
