The staff working at third lane near “the beer cafe” for traffic and pedestrian management wad not guiding the traffic to stop when the pedestrians were commuting, a family crossing properly from the zebra crossing was almost about to get hit by an incoming car who did not stop. The marshal on duty eas standing aside busy on mobile scrolling, when I requested him to take care of his duty, he rudely asked me to walk away and started scrolling his phone again.
