Transfer of passengers T2 to T1

Kindly register my complaint/ grievance. Kindly see and verify the worst conditions of the Bus used for Transfer of passengers from Airport Terminals International to Domestic.
Today on 30th November 2025, at 2.53 am I had to use this facility for T2 to T1 Transfer for Domestic flight to Vadodara.
Sir, not less than 6 seats of the Bus were broken from its frame, and broken seats were falling on the Passengers. Though there was space in the luggage storage, the Passengers were asked to carry the luggage in the Bus having broken seats.
Sir also take a note that around 10 passengers were standing between the seats as they didn’t get any seats.
I am sure that you will take it seriously, and do your best to correct the system.
