Yesterday I came from Kuala Lumpur to Mumbai by Batik Air OD 0215 from Kuala Lampur to Mumbai with PNR No IXGZRR.
I have asked for an assistance at airport for the same but no was supporting there, all said leave it nothing will happen. I waited for an hour for proper support but no one guided me on that part.
After an hour I was left with no option but to leave, below are the images of my broken trolley along with check in details, request you to kindly help me with this.
