Dear Sir/Madam,
My brother, Ashish Prajapati, was deported from South Africa due to a passport issue and arrived at Mumbai Airport (BOM) on Feb 27, 2026, 2:30 AM via Ethiopian Airlines. They’re demanding:
1. Penalty: 1,62,270 INR and we paid 85000 cash and 77270 by google pay
We’ve paid the penalty, but they’re insisting on the ticket price too. and we took the video also for all this activity. Additionally, they’ve already taken extra money from us under CCTV surveillance. This seems unfair and exploitative, especially for people in distress. Docs attached.
