Dear Airport Authority/Customer Service Team
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise a concern about an experience I recently had at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Terminal 2 in Mumbai. On August 13, 2024, I visited the airport to pick up my mother and parked in the designated parking lot. Unfortunately, I exceeded the parking time by a mere 30 seconds and was subsequently charged ₹250.
While I understand that parking fees are based on the duration of stay, being charged ₹250 for an overstay of only 30 seconds seems excessively harsh and unfair. When I inquired about this charge, I was informed that it is in line with the airport’s policy, which I find difficult to accept given the circumstances.
