The ground floor staff from Oman Air treated me as if I was some sort of criminal. I submit this message with a very heavy heart as I was treated very badly upon arrival at Mumbai International airport .

My first flight from Bangalore International airport with Vistara Airways was delayed due to weather conditions and safety issues. There was 45 minute delay which was not my fault and I knew i will still be able to make my 2nd connecting flight which was only leaving well after 10:30 am. Upon arrival which was before 09:00m am I immediately collected my luggage and literally ran to the check in counters which wasn’t busy at all. I politely greeted the lady and two men that were there and ask if they could check me in so I can go to the gate ,this was around 09:10 am. An attendant named Priyanka loudly and rudely shouts at me saying they cannot help me as they flight has already left when the flight was only scheduled to leave after 10:30 and mind you boarding at not even started. I asked another guy who was quite slim and had glasses on if they can please quickly check me in so I can catch the flight and he stated rudely ” We cannot hold this flight for you at all”. I approached the well built fair looking supervisor that raised his voice at me saying that the flight has already left and ” he and his staff don’t care, I will have to rebook a ticket” .I figured at this point upon pleading to please check me in that all 3 were adamant to not help that I would have have to speak to the terminal supervisor who asked me to not dispute their decision and advised me to rebook a ticket, he could have asked them to quickly check me in as boarding had not started as yet.

I was traumatized and exhausted as I needed to come home as In went on pilgrimage, when I told them that I will be laying ab compliant against this bad behavior the supervisor form Oman Air loudly shouts and says go ahead we don’t care. I was helpless and therefore had no other choice but to book another ticket, the internet connection was very slow and was not able to secure a ticket which was when the Terminal manager offered to share his hotspot so I can book. None of the Oman air staff assisted
