unprofessional Staff

its my first time to travel in indigo airlines the airlines is good but the people in immigration in Mumbai who is checking before entering and transferring flight are very rude and unprofessional for all the airport I’ve been before only Mumbai is the worst I cannot explain my feeling my anger is too much for those people. here is my story my flight is from Bah to Bom and Bom to Bkk when I enter to the airport the people whos working there in Mumbai int. airport are not entertaining the people the line is very bad no one is assisting where the line so the people are every where and after that they check my bag which is i have cigarettes’ and expensive lighter worth 25 BHD they take my lighter i said only this airport not allowing lighter for all the airport I’ve been only Mumbai is like that any way i ignore it and what the staff did he want to take my cigarettes as well and i get very mad!!! i told him you take my expensive lighter and now you want to take my cigarettes as well what kind of airport is this so i take it back by force and he didn’t say anything if i did not take it he will take it.. then the second time when we comeback me and my wife from bkk to Bom the flight is delayed for 1 hour and our stay over in Bom is 2 hours only so we are on rush when we came to the Mumbai Airport same issue no one is there to assist even they know that our flight is about to go within 1 hour we fall in line for long time even we are telling them that we are late already one guy told me no problem i told him you will pay ticket for us if we did not arrive on time he said no problem. and again they take my cheap lighter and let us late for nothing they are not the one who will run for the flight so that’s why they are like that hope this kind of problem will stop. and 1 more thing only your airport are taking lighter’s to the people even your airport have smoking area what king of mentality is that taking the lighter and having smoking area. this is my first and last for all of your airlines you will lost customer for the bad experience. thank you.
