Urchins and drunkards loitering in premium parking spaces and begging for money and or bullying passengers and also forcefully handling their luggage and demanding money

There are a lot of Drunkards and drug addicts in the premium parking of terminal T2 . They forcefull handle your bags and then say they broke their arm whilst loading and demand money and keep touching and bullying for money . They also have the intention to steal . There are plenty cameras but nothing is done . The security agency is surely involved
