Uvesh Faruk Bhula (15/05/1997 – Indian Passport No T4088439) is traveling to UK in Nov/Dce btw (1st-6th) to get married and will apply for his wife’s visa at the British Deputy High Commission in Mumbai. Uvesh arrived in the UK a year ago on a Care Worker Visa (6145 Care Workers and Home Carers). Although his sponsor was genuine, Uvesh abused the visa category and did not work for the sponsor who brought him to the UK. Instead, he began working full-time for his brother-in-law and sister, Mr. Mahad M. Patel and Arefabanu F. Bhula, at BRIGHT WHOLESALE LTD.
Uvesh later paid £17,000 for a new sponsor and obtained a visa, but this sponsor is not genuine. His sister pays the sponsor monthly, who then transfers payments to Uvesh’s account. Despite lacking a full driving licence, Uvesh drives a forklift and van for his brother-in-law’s company and is paid in cash.
Sister: Arefabanu F. Bhula (27/11/1990 – Passport No T6730722)
Brother-in-law: Mahmad M. Patel (01/06/1974 – Passport No U0377958)
