Air India AI 630 the flight lands late then bags are announced at 14 30minutes at belt waiting and suddenly it’s belt 11 and then bags take another hour on asking for a reason staff/manager does not deem it necessary to explain or say anything other than just go to belt 11….utterly undertrained and disrespectful
Utter mismanagement and rude staff at the belt belts change at a whim with no prior info
