Vendiman vending machine did not dispatch the item after payment

We paid Rs 160 for two items but one item of Rs 120 did not dispatch from the machine. The same item was displayed as dispatched on screen but did not fall from the machine for collection. I seek refund of Rs 120 on 8879731077. Vending machine ID 4844. There is no helpline mentioned on machine also no person to reach out.
