As a business traveler world wide. My worst experience is my in bound flight from US to Mumbai. Twice in four months I spend over two and a half hours to clear immigration. Never seen in the world or other airports in India.
Very poor Immigration services
- Tampered lock of baggage
- Uber and Ola pick up point a mess!
Very very poor service for International travel passengers for all countries should go through same gate at Mumbai International airport. There is no officers in all the counters and you will end up spending 2 -3 hours in the queue which is very time consuming process. They should be more organised and try to fix this issue quickly.
